Refund Policy & Cancellation of orders

Build-To-Order Beds (beds built from customer’s choice of options that follow our standard lead-time):
All canceled orders will be charged a $50.00 cancellation/ processing fee. This fee will be withheld from your refund. Once you have placed your order, you have 5 business days to cancel.After 5 business days, 35% of the product total will be withheld from any refund. All beds are built to order.

Beds listed on our Discount Page:
All canceled orders will be charged a $50.00 cancellation/processing fee and will be withheld from your refund. Once you have placed your order you have 24 hours to cancel.After 24 hours 15% of the product total withheld from any refund.

Once Bed is delivered there are NO REFUNDS / RETURNS
